Role description: Our Apprenticeship programme offers you an exciting opportunity to jump straight into the professional world and earn a living whilst also studying for professional qualifications. As an Apprentice you will play an active part in driving your career development and will be exposed to a variety of projects across the business. Technical experience is key in our sector, which is why you’ll be supported by your line manager to develop the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours needed to meet your apprenticeship and, to work towards accreditation or chartership where applicable. You’ll be part of a supportive Early Careers community and will work alongside skilled professionals. You’ll benefit from structured on-the-job training, mentoring, plus funding and support for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the assistance you need to develop and succeed. Role accountabilities: Join us as an Apprentice Pursuit Coordinator and become part of our central Pursuits Team — the group that helps win new business by creating compelling, customer focused proposals. You’ll be working at the heart of our sales and business development engine, collaborating with experienced Pursuit Managers and Senior Coordinators who will help you grow from day one. This is an ideal starting point if you’re curious about how organisations compete, win work, and build strong client relationships. You’ll get hands-on experience across a wide range of sectors — from defence and banking to healthcare and residential — giving you real insight into how projects shape the world around us. If you’re proactive, creative, organised, and excited to learn, this apprenticeship offers a clear pathway into a rewarding career in pursuit and bid management. On this apprenticeship you will complete the Level 3 Bid and Proposal Co-ordinator standard through our agreed training provider RHG Consult. This will be delivered on a day release basis. Qualifications & Experience: Have gained a minimum of 5 GCSE qualifications, grade 4-9 Including Maths and English. Be a UK/EU/EAA resident for at least three years prior to starting the course and have the right to work in the UK 18 (Level 6) years old and have left full time education when the apprenticeship starts You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
