Location: Renault, Stoke-on-Trent
Salary: £35,000 – £42,000 basic + uncapped commission
Working Hours: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join our team at Volvo, Stoke-on-Trent. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a thriving organisation where your expertise will be valued, developed, and rewarded.
You will play a key role in supporting the technical team by carrying out servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to a high standard, in line with manufacturer specifications. Your role:
* Carry out general servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs to manufacturer standards
* Diagnose faults and complete accurate repair work efficiently
* Ensure all work is completed to a high level of quality and safety
* Liaise confidently with customers regarding technical issues when required
* Work collaboratively with the wider technical team to meet performance targets
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment
* Follow all manufacturer and company procedures and guidelines

About You
* NVQ Level 3 qualified in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent)
* Experienced working within a workshop environment
* Confident in diagnostic and mechanical repair work
* MOT Licence holder (preferred but not essential)
* Hold a valid UK driving licence
* Able to work effectively towards both team and individual targets
