15–£18 per hour (Opportunity to Earn), based on competitive per-parcel rates. Your pay explained – £15-£18 (Opportunity to Earn) is based on a competitive rate per parcel (piece-rate) and is regularly exceeded by couriers once up to speed! Your hourly earnings are driven by volume and efficiency, and we boost your income in line with an experienced courier to ensure you earn at least the daily earnings from your delivery unit and help you get your feet off the ground.
