Role Description
The Leaseholder Communication Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Ripponden. This position is focused on managing and nurturing strong relationships with leaseholders, addressing their queries, and overseeing communication to ensure high levels of satisfaction. The role includes resolving leaseholder concerns, maintaining accurate records, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory requirements. Strategic and operational communication planning will also form a key part of this dynamic role.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders
* Experience in Property Management, Leaseholder Relations, or Customer Service
* Organisational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities effectively
* Knowledge of legal and regulatory frameworks related to leasehold properties
* Proficiency in using property management software and CRM systems
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Relevant educational background, such as a degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field, is beneficial
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
