Responsibilities
1. Producing design calculations and technical drawings.
2. Leading and mentoring CAD technicians & junior designers.
3. Preparing project scopes, reports, and specifications.
4. Ensuring design changes and M&E design packages are fully implemented.
5. Supporting hydraulic and mechanical design across various projects.
Skills And Experience For The Mechanical Design Engineer Role
* 10+ years of design experience in the water industry.
* Strong knowledge of hydraulic design, mechanical design, and control systems.
* Have a Degree or HND qualification in a relevant field.
* Proficient IT skills and familiarity with design software.
* Registered with a professional body and working towards chartership or desire to work towards.
