Your new role:
As a Returns Coordinator, you will support the Director of Returns in managing day-to-day returns operations. You’ll play a vital role in monitoring the performance of return lanes, managing documentation, communicating with partners worldwide, and ensuring a smooth customer journey. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys both administrative precision and hands-on operational involvement.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor the performance of global returns lanes, tracking parcel flows, delays, and SLA adherence
* Liaise with carriers, 3PLs, and return hub partners to resolve exceptions or disruptions in real time
* Flag any recurring issues or inefficiencies in the network to the leadership team
* Support onboarding of new returns routes and partners (e.g., verifying documentation, service testing)
* Provide internal and external updates on parcel investigations, delays, or losses
* Support account management with client queries regarding return statuses, processes, or escalations
* Maintain clear records of all correspondence and incidents
* Manage return label requests, routing logic, and portal configuration updates
* Update shipment tracking, network maps, and partner contact lists
* Help maintain accurate process documentation (SOPs, FAQs, training materials)
Preferred skills/experience:
* A strong ability to analyse, model, and interpret data to uncover insights and solve problems.
* Proficiency with tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and statistical packages.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
