Multi Trader - London
Location: London (Various Sites)
Salary: £22-£24 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time | Ongoing
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out a variety of general building maintenance and repair tasks
* Perform works including (but not limited to): carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, plastering, tiling, and basic electrical tasks
* Diagnose and fix issues on-site efficiently and professionally
* Work independently or as part of a team across multiple sites
* Ensure all work is completed to health & safety standards
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Multi Trader or similar role
* NVQ or City & Guilds qualifications (preferred but not essential)
* Strong knowledge across multiple trades
* Own tools and transport (preferred)
* CSCS card
* Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills
