The role
The New Guild Trust are seeking to appoint an ambitious and enthusiastic temporary teacher to work at Jackfield Infant School. Starting in September 2026, we are seeking a dynamic, inspirational, and highly motivated teacher to join us. The successful candidate will be someone who can: Create strong relationships and promote positive behaviour within the school. Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons aligned with EYFS and KS1 frameworks Foster a safe, stimulating and nurturing classroom environment Use ongoing assessment to track progress and inform teaching Support children’s early literacy and numeracy development Work collaboratively with all stakeholders Contribute to curriculum development and whole-school initiatives You will join a dedicated team of staff at Jackfield Infant School, who are all dedicated to putting children first ‘Right from the Start’.
