Job Description
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Weekend Care Assistant, you’ll provide vital care and companionship to clients in their own homes. Your duties may include:
Supporting with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
Assisting with medication reminders and management
Aiding with mobility and safe transfers
Providing companionship and emotional support
Helping with meal preparation, light housework, and laundry
Ensuring accurate record-keeping and communication
What We Offer
£12.70 per care hour increasing with the needs of the clients (dependanton experience)
Paid travel time and wait time, plus 45p per mile mileage allowance

Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need previous care experience to apply – we’ll provide full training. What’s important is that you’re:
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Pro-active, good at record keeping and an excellent communicator
Comfortable working independently
Able to commit to regular alternate weekend work
In possession of a valid UK driving licence and have access to a reliable vehicle
Living within a reasonable travel distance of SN9
Additional Information
You must be able to work in at least one of our service areas: Devizes, Pewsey, Marlborough, Andover, Amesbury, Tidworth, or surrounding villages
