The Role
13. Liaison between the office and our team of Care Professionals
14. Participate in on call duties
15. Participate in emergency cover as required
16. Provide a variety of non-medical services to help our clients live independently in their own home
17. Coordinating staff/Care Professional meetings
18. Conduct client and Care Professional introductions
19. Maintain accurate client and Care Professional records on Home Instead software
20. Support with Client Quality Assurances
21. Build and maintain positive relationships with potential and existing clients, their families and other professionals involved in their care
22. Support and mentor Care Professionals
23. Provide support to the Management team
24. Ensure compliance with Home Instead’s Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy, in respect of employment and service delivery
25. Carry out any other duties deemed necessary for the successful operation of the business
26. Support and train new Care Professionals
27. Engagement with community/marketing initiatives
Qualifications
All we ask from you is:
28. A friendly and approachable manner with a desire to help others
29. Committed and reliable; our clients will depend on you
30. Level 3 NVQ in Health and Social care or equivalent or willing to work towards qualfication
31. Flexibility in your weekly schedule including weekends
32. Full valid driving licence and access to your own car is required
