Compliance Officer - General Insurance Oliver James are supporting an extremely well- established General Insurance firm with their search for a Compliance Generalist. You will be part of a small and supportive team, covering all aspects of compliance, where you will be the go- to person for advice and guidance. Key Responsibilities: Act as the key point of contact for Conduct Risk compliance, providing advice relating to Consumer Duty and Product Governance. Support with SMCR duties. Enhance the internal control framework and conduct testing. Complete regulatory horizon scanning. Assist with compliance training and propose new courses. Deliver PRA and FCA returns. Complete ad-hoc duties when required. Key Skills Required: General insurance or Lloyd's market compliance experience. Strong technical knowledge of the FCA and PRA.
