Our client is looking for a proactive Employee Relations Administrator to play a key role in keeping ER processes running smoothly, supporting fair and consistent people practices, and helping maintain positive employee relationships across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong HR administration experience who is ready to deepen their expertise in employee relations.
What You’ll Be Doing
Supporting ER casework including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence cases
Preparing letters, documentation, meeting packs and formal ER correspondence
Coordinating investigations, hearings and meetings — including scheduling and minute‑taking
Maintaining accurate, confidential ER records and keeping HR systems up to date
Producing reports, tracking ER metrics and supporting audits
Acting as the first point of contact for ER queries and signposting where needed
Assisting with policy updates, template reviews and ER documentation
Managing ER mailboxes, OH referrals, exit interviews and other workflow tasks
What You’ll Bring
Experience in an HR or employee-relations‑focused administrative role
Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Confidentmunication skills, both written and verbalUnderstanding of ER processes and employment legislation
CIPD Level 3 (or working towards) is desired
