* Deliver engaging, accessible Health & Social Care lessons to KS3–KS5 pupils.
* Work with small class sizes in a nurturing, supportive environment.
* Adapt lessons to meet the needs of students with SEMH, behavioural needs, or those unable to access mainstream education.
* Work closely with pastoral staff, support workers, and SLT to create a positive learning environment.
* Contribute to students’ personal development, confidence, and future career pathways.

⭐ What We’re Looking For
* QTS, QTLS, or relevant FE teaching qualification.
* Experience teaching Health & Social Care (BTEC, Vocational, or GCSE level).
* Previous experience in an Alternative Provision, PRU, SEMH or SEND setting is highly desirable.
* Strong behaviour management skills and a compassionate, patient approach.
* Someone reliable, resilient, and genuinely passionate about helping vulnerable learners succeed.
