What you’ll be doing:
* Leading a team overnight to deliver all replenishment activities across the store while actively participating in prioritising deliveries, organising the warehouse, and replenishing shelves.
* Occasionally, managing a full store operation independently overnight, responsible for the entire shift and the safety and wellbeing of colleagues.
* Ensuring that standards are maintained at a high level to prepare the store for opening and customer service.
* Managing people, including performance and capability, conducting disciplinaries, and ensuring accurate scheduling and pay.
Our nightshift managers work full-time hours over 4 nights, with a £4,500 premium added to the base salary (shifts typically run from 22:00 to 08:00).

* Comfortable with nightshift work and adaptable to its physical and mental demands, committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for the team.
* Previous line management experience in a fast-paced operational setting.
* Resilient to handle the mental and physical challenges of night work.
* Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to coach a team similarly.
* Experience in delivering and monitoring KPIs or other performance metrics.
* Ability to manage disciplinary issues, performance concerns, or employee relations matters.
* Capable of leading operations independently in the absence of senior management.
