Key Duties:
* Taking the lead in delivering a high standard of pharmacy services.
* Dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical guidelines.
* Providing medication counselling and support to patients, answering questions and addressing concerns.
* Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient care.
* Conducting medication reviews and ensuring safe and effective medication management.
* Maintaining accurate patient records and managing pharmacy inventory.
* Providing immunization services where applicable.
* Offering advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.
* Participating in health promotion and public health initiatives.
