Overview
Projects Undertaken: undertake new build and refurbishment projects in a typical project value range from GBP 0.5m to GBP 15m in all the major sectors including commercial, educational, industrial, leisure, health and social housing.
Responsibilities
* Lead projects and act as the key customer interface to ensure successful delivery from initiation through completion.
Requirements
* Personal attributes: well presented and able to distinguish the team leader role; capable of acting as the key customer interface.
