Support teachers in delivering personalised learning programmes. Help pupils engage positively with learning and daily routines. Promote confidence, independence and emotional wellbeing. Work closely with families, carers and external professionals to support each child’s development. Full-time role with flexible working options and long-term opportunities for the right candidate. About You Experience working with children or young people, particularly those with SEND (education, care, youth work or voluntary experience welcomed). Patient, empathetic and passionate about making a positive difference. A relevant qualification such as Teaching Assistant, Health & Social Care or Youth Work is desirable but not essential. Able to provide references and complete a DBS check.
