The Role:
1. Overseeing all daily store operations to ensure a smooth and efficient retail experience
2. Delivering outstanding customer service with a focus on quality, discretion, and professionalism
3. Managing, motivating, and supporting a small team to meet sales targets and maintain high standards
4. Coordinating fittings and tailoring services, liaising with clients and tailors as needed
5. Managing inventory, stock levels, and liaising with suppliers
