We keep expanding our operating area delivering homes that are built to high standards and reduce environmental impact.Our trades team play a vital role in the provision of our services from repairing and maintaining existing housing stock to managing environmental improvements to provide more families in our community with a home.About the roleWe are looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join our team and to help us achieve our social mission.On the Job you will:Carry out inspections to determine the extent of the repair, maintenance or installation required.Carry out repairs or installations of new kitchens and bathrooms as necessaryParticipate in the out-of-hours emergency call-out cover.About YouWe’re looking for someone who understands how important it is to have a safe place we can call home and who is motivated to support the local community.For this role you will need:To be able to carry out a range of repairs and installations in occupied and empty properties associated with at least two of the following three trades: carpentry, plastering, plumbing.
