Position: MFL Teacher (French & Spanish) Location: Near Andover, Hampshire Start Date: September 2025 Contract: Long-Term (3 or 5 Days per Week, Until July 2026) Pay Range: £160 - £240 per day (depending on experience) Working Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm Overview: A well-regarded secondary school near Andover is seeking a MFL Teacher to join their team from September 2025. This is a long-term contract, available for either 3 or 5 days per week, running until July 2026, with the potential to continue beyond. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching French and Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4, delivering engaging and accessible lessons that inspire a love of languages and support strong progress. Key Responsibilities: Teach French and Spanish to students in KS3 and KS4 in line with the national curriculum Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons Assess and monitor student progress, providing targeted support where necessary Promote a positive classroom environment that encourages language learning Contribute to the wider life of the school, including enrichment activities or cultural events Collaborate with a supportive and experienced MFL department About the School: This secondary Academy school is located close to Andover and benefits from strong leadership, excellent resources, and a positive learning culture.
