Oversee all aspects of our e-commerce order processing, inventory management, and shipping operations.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process for online sales, from order placement through to final delivery.
2. Ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective fulfilment of online customer orders while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
3. Supervise and coordinate fulfilment staff or third-party logistics providers to ensure efficient daily operations.
4. Monitor order workflows and resolve delays, inventory discrepancies, and fulfilment issues.
5. Handle order enquiries, returns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
6. Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.
7. Optimise fulfilment processes to reduce costs, improve order accuracy, and speed up delivery times.
8. Stay updated on the latest fulfilment technologies, logistics innovations, and industry best practices.
9. Perform other duties as requested.

About The Candidate
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
* 3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfilment, or warehouse management.
* Experience with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
* Familiarity with inventory and shipping software.
PERSONAL SPECIFICATION – SKILLS / ABILITIES REQUIRED
* Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
