* A creative thinker — able to collaborate with a designer to develop creative concepts and bring ideas to life.
* A passion to learn about the legal, regulatory, and customer responsibilities of a financial services company.
* Enthusiasm, initiative, and strong communication skills. Able to work well in a team and independently, managing multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
* An interest or experience in marketing, brand development, or customer research—this can be developed on the job.
