Benefits:
1. Competitive basic salary of £34,000 per annum with potential to earn up to £38,000 through bonus schemes
2. Working hours Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5.30pm

Duties:
7. Front of house Service Advisor, managing customer interactions and service appointments
8. Estimating repairs, scheduling services, and providing clear communication to clients
9. Promoting supplementary services and products to maximise customer value
10. Maintaining detailed records of vehicle service histories and work completed
11. Coordinating with workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
12. Delivering exceptional customer service to build brand loyalty and repeat business
Requirements:
13. Previous experience as a Service Advisor or a similar role in the motor trade
14. Sound understanding of automotive services, diagnostics, and repairs
15. Excellent organisational and communication skills
16. Friendly, professional manner with a positive outlook
17. Some interest in cars, motorsport, tuning, or vintage vehicles is advantageous
18. Ability to upsell and promote additional services effectively
