As an IT Senior Analyst – Security Compliance, you’ll help us build strong, effective controls that keep our systems secure and compliant, while supporting teams to work confidently and collaboratively.Working within Booker Technology, you’ll support the delivery of IT security, risk and compliance frameworks end to end. You’ll partner closely with colleagues across Technology and the wider Tesco Group, helping to embed good practice, improve documentation and support a “business as usual” approach to compliance.We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with others, explaining complex topics clearly, and making compliance practical and meaningful.Act with integrity and due diligence, always following our Business Code of ConductSupport compliance with IT General Controls (ITGC), ICFR and internal cyber security controlsBuild strong working relationships with process owners and control owners across TechnologyCreate and maintain process narratives, flow diagrams and RACI documentationSupport testing, mitigation and remediation of IT controls, working through issues collaborativelyClearly communicate findings and outcomes of control testing to stakeholdersHelp teams improve the quality and consistency of control documentationSupport audit activities and evidence gathering, including defining and tracking KPIsAct as a subject matter expert on internal controls and security complianceWork with colleagues across Booker and the Tesco Group to embed sustainable compliance processesExperience working in IT risk, security or compliance, ideally within a complex organisationA good understanding of IT controls, cyber security controls and governance frameworksExperience documenting processes, writing narratives and supporting remediation activityStrong stakeholder management skills, with confidence influencing and collaborating at all levelsClear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics simplyGood organisation and record‑keeping skills, with attention to detailA proactive and inclusive approach, enjoying teamwork and shared problem‑solving
