About High Performance
High Performance is a UK-based company founded in 2021, following the huge success of the High Performance podcast hosted by Jake Humphrey and Damian Hughes. We're a purpose-driven organisation with a small, passionate team on a mission to reach people across the globe and help them achieve their own version of high performance—through podcast and app content, live events, corporate partnerships and publications.
Our Values
Do the best you can. Where you are. With what you’ve got.
About the Role
We're looking for a driven, curious and data-savvy Guest Data Analyst and Coordinator to join our Content team during an exciting stage of growth. This role sits at the intersection of editorial instinct and data insight—supporting guest booking decisions that not only inspire our audience but also perform strongly across YouTube, Apple, Spotify and social media.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Talent and other teams to ensure that every guest brings maximum impact, aligning with our brand values and our performance metrics. From analysing audience trends to managing logistics and talent communication, this is a hands-on role that blends research, coordination and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Support the booking team in identifying, pitching and booking guests across all shows
Develop and maintain tools (using data and analytics) to assess guest suitability based on audience interests, channel performance, and brand fit
Work with AI, YouTube, and Social teams to build strategic guest briefs that help hosts deliver standout interviews
Collaborate with production to manage logistics and ensure guests have a smooth experience before, during and after the recording
Research emerging voices, experts, cultural moments and trending topics to keep the guest pipeline fresh and relevant
Maintain clear, proactive communication with guests, internal teams, and stakeholders
Keep guest records and scheduling organised and up to date
What We're Looking For:
A genuine passion for the High Performance mission and content
Experience building and/or using data analysis tools (Youtube, Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Notion, or similar)
Comfortable juggling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident working with high-profile individuals and external partners
Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a collaborative mindset
Social media and current event savvy and aware of what’s resonating online
Interested in wellbeing, performance, and personal development
We offer flexible working environment in central London with a great beenfits package!
