Minimum qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* 6 years of experience in product design or UX.
* Experience designing across multiple platforms and working with technical/design teams to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
* Include a portfolio or link to your visual design work on your resume (viewable link or access instructions).
Preferred qualifications:
* Experience with design systems and accessible products.
* Prototyping and user research experience.
* Interaction design, prototyping, and product thinking skills, with excellent visual design capabilities.
* Ability to articulate compelling stories and design decisions.
* Ability to produce high-quality products, prototypes, and demonstrate advanced design skills.
* Excellent communication skills, with clear presentation of design rationale.

* Design the app's core experience, including information architecture, Home screen details, and interactions, considering system thinking and scalability.
* Define how to drive personalized behavior change that leads to health improvements.
* Guide the product direction from goals to detailed UX artifacts, ensuring alignment with product objectives.
* Collaborate with global UX teams and cross-functional partners to execute, learn, and improve design processes and tools.
* Use prototyping to explore ideas, validate concepts, and communicate solutions.
