Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electr0-Mechnical Assembly Technician to join our team. The main purpose of the job is to conduct electrical assembly of sub-assemblies and finished products to required internal and external specifications and standards.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* · Mechanical and/or Electrical assembly of a range of products for the Educational Engineering
* and Food Technology sectors
* · Reporting feedback to Team Leader on job status
* · Working with team members to improve working methods
* · Support in the raising CR-E (Engineering Change Requests) and feeding back to engineering
* issues
* · Supporting in the creation of standardised working practices
* · Ensuring product is assembled correctly and on time, supporting production demand as
* required
* · Ensuring that the safety of your colleagues remains uncompromised
* · Assisting in booking of all units passed to test / stores and completion of necessary
* documentation
* · Communicating effectively (issues / progress) with Team Leaders
* · Assisting with Fault Finding and Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action events
Requirements:
* · At least 3 years electrical production / manufacturing wiring experience
* · IPC620 Specialist or Similar Qualification (Preferred)
* · 5s experience (Preferred)
* · Basic computer skills – NAV / Excel / Outlook
