A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and organised Sales Administrator to join a leading UK supplier of earthing, renewable, and lightning protection materials. Based in West Bromwich, this role offers a competitive salary dependent on experience.
Working closely with a European manufacturing group and supported by Midlands-based distribution sites, the business is known for delivering a high-quality service and investing in the development of its employees. The successful candidate will work alongside the Internal Sales Support team and report directly to Sales Management, playing a key role within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Administrator, duties will include (but are not limited to):

Assisting customers with day-to-day transport queries, including PODs and ETAs
*
Sales order processing
*
Purchase order processing
*
Preparing customer quotations and managing customer accounts
*
Updating sales information on internal systems
*
Call handling
*
Filing and general sales administration
*
Dealing with customer queries
*
Data entry into sales and CRM systems
Skills & Experience Required
To be considered for this role, you must be organised, personable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
