Landscape Architect requirements:
12. Post-Grad Diploma or MA in Landscape Architecture
13. CMLI preferred, but not essential
14. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a wider team
15. Good understanding and experience of the planning application, design process and all project stages
16. Good graphic skills, including hand sketching and the ability to develop designs on paper, as well as digitally
17. Strong in AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp and InDesign
18. Knowledge of BIM Level 2, Revit, Vectorworks, GIS, Artisan and/or Keyscape - not essential but beneficial
As a Landscape Architect, your role will involve:
19. Involvement in a wide range of project types at all stages of the design and implementation process.
20. Establish general landscape requirements with clients.
21. Conduct preliminary studies of the site
22. Accurately prepare and present detailed plans and working drawings of the re-design of the new site, including applications, construction details and specifications for the project using computer-aided design (CAD) packages or similar design software.
23. Ensure deadlines are met.
