Location: Kingswood, Bristol
Salary: £27,500 – £30,000 (Fixed-Term Contract – 12 Months)

Syntech Recruitment is partnering with a leading global manufacturer renowned for excellence in regulated, high-standards environments. We are seeking a Quality Inspector to support quality control, documentation, and continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct inspections and quality checks on incoming materials and finished products
*
Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation
*
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards
*
Support document control activities and update work instructions and SOPs
*
Assist with internal/external audits and follow-up actions
*
Monitor non-conformances (NCRs), assist in investigations and implement corrective actions
*
Contribute to quality improvement projects and support process optimisation
*
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met
Experience Required:
*
Previous experience in a Quality Inspector, QA Technician, or QC role
*
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or ISO/IEC 17025 standards
*
Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping
*
Strong communication and teamwork skills
*
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Desirable:
*
Technical or engineering qualification (e.g. BTEC or equivalent)
*
Experience in a laboratory or technical manufacturing environment
*
Audit experience and exposure to quality systems
