Plumber Location : Site based covering Berkshire, Hampshire and Oxfordshire. Standard Hours Monday- Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call. An outline of your responsibilities and experience Previous experience working as a dedicated domestic Plumber including but not limited to; replacing sanitaryware, toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, refurbishment of shower heads and taps. repairs of watermains supplies, soil stacks and drainage, ideally within social housing, tenanted properties. Maintenance and repair of hot water systems, cold water storage tank maintenance and renewal Responsive repairs call out on domestic properties- assessment of works required, identifying solutions and carrying out repairs. Working from job tickets or a handheld device daily, you will be trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively. Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes. Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards Qualified to NVQ Level 2 Plumbing A Full UK Driving licence is essential. This role requires a DBS check.
