The Role
Join our team at Highbridge where we are seeking a reliable Tipper / Relief HGV Driver to support our operations, covering planned and ad-hoc driving requirements. Duties include the safe operation of the Tipper, van driving and working in the yard as well as covering the HGV shifts when needed. You will be responsible for transporting materials between sites, completing delivery/collection paperwork, conducting daily vehicle checks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety and road regulations.
Specific Experience & Skills
* To transport goods and materials to designated locations
* Ensure safe and timely delivery of products
* Adhere to all relevant traffic laws and regulations
* Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
* Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
* Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary
Qualifications
* Class 2 licence required
* Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role
* Excellent driving skills with a clean driving record
* Strong attention to detail and time management skills
The Hours
* Week: 1 Monday to Friday, 07:30 -17:00
* Week: 2 Monday to Friday, 07:30 -17:00 & Saturdays, 08:00-12:00
