Our client, located in London SW1X is seeking to recruit an extremely organised, proactive, flexible Office Administrator to cover a variety of duties at this small, professional company.
Working for this family-owned business you would be requested to cover a wide range of duties from washing up to driving to France or Spain on the rare occasion!
A full clean driving license is required for this role.
Duties:
Checking emails to be actioned
Booking flights confirming travel details including seating etc
Booking hotels/ UK and abroad /confirming
Booking Restaurants
Management of diary /meetings and Teams meetings
Driving the Director to appointments and meetings/ lunch appointments (some car sitting) UK
Admin for Family office
Formulating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
Booking and invoicing for guests to the Family Estate and liaising with staff at the Estate
Hours - 9.30 to 5pm with flexibility for early/late meetings
4 weeks holiday plus Bank holidays
