Location: Hampshire
Salary: £35-42,000 DOE
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Architect to join a well-established, RIBA Chartered practice based in Hampshire. This thriving studio is expanding its close-knit team due to ongoing success across a range of sectors including Education, Residential, Hotels, Commercial, and Master Planning. The firm is a Vectorworks-based practice and is seeking a confident job runner with ideally, several years of post-qualification experience. While experience with Vectorworks and relevant sector exposure is preferred, training can be provided for the right candidate. This role offers the chance to be an integral part of a successful architectural practice, contributing significantly to the continued growth and delivery of high-quality design work.

Daily Duties
* Running architectural projects from inception through to completion
* Leading and coordinating small to medium-sized project teams
* Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors
* Producing high-quality design and technical documentation
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
* Working across all RIBA stages
* Using Vectorworks to develop architectural drawings and models
Ideal Candidate
* ARB registered with several years post-qualification experience ideally
* Strong job-running capabilities with excellent project coordination skills
* Proficient in both design and technical aspects of architecture
* Confident communicator, both written and verbal
* Prior experience in sectors such as Education, Residential, or Commercial
* Skilled across all RIBA stages
* Preferably experienced with Vectorworks (training can be provided)
* Able to lead and motivate a team
* Well-organised and capable of working under deadlines
* Ideally based in Hampshire, with access to own vehicle
