We're looking for an enthusiastic, driven individual who enjoys a challenge and wants to develop within the Business Analysis world. You will work with various teams to develop requirements, supporting the Senior Business Analyst in wider projects. You should have some experience in Business Analysis, with strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.

How your experience will be utilised
* Analyze system and change requests to determine their validity and content
* Develop high-quality requirements
* Follow best practices where appropriate
* Collaborate with Stakeholders, SMEs, Developers, and Testers to contribute to work programmes and testing
* Review existing processes and systems to identify improvements and efficiencies
* Support the Senior Business Analyst in wider projects
The invaluable experience you'll bring, to help us achieve more
* Minimum of one year's experience in Business Analysis
* Commitment to delivering high-quality requirements and processes
* Ability to create clear, unambiguous, and detailed documentation
* Willingness to learn and develop within Business Analysis
* Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
* Drive for continuous improvement
It would be beneficial if you enjoy problem-solving, are curious about how components fit into the bigger picture, and are proactive in seeking answers, leveraging both independent research and team knowledge.
