Position Overview
Sports and Exercise Medicine Consultant/ MSK Physician – part‑time, self‑employed, fee‑split position based at Bupa Health Clinic, Crawley, RH10 9LW. The role involves delivering high‑quality clinical consultations and procedures to patients with SEM/MSK conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical consultations and perform procedures for SEM/MSK patients.
- Work within a multidisciplinary MSK team of experienced clinicians.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with professional standards.
Qualifications
- GMC registration and a licence to practice.
- Listed on the Sport and Exercise Consultant register.
- CCT or equivalent experience (Article 14) in Sport and Exercise Medicine; or CCT in Sport & Exercise Medicine.
- Post‑graduate Diploma or MSc in MSK Medicine or SEM from a recognised awarding body.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for evidence‑based care.
- Significant experience working within an MSK/SEM multidisciplinary team.
- Experience treating private patients and managing sports injuries.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organisational and time‑management skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
