MADE Careers is working with a well established, design led architecture studio to find a talented Part II or newly qualified Architect to join its growing London team.
This is a great opportunity to join a studio with a strong reputation in UK residential and mixed-use developments, offering exposure to large scale urban projects and excellent mentoring from experienced project leads.
The Studio
This small London practice is known for delivering high quality residential schemes across the UK, typically ranging from mid to high density developments.
The studio has a collaborative and supportive culture, with a strong technical backbone and a focus on well resolved, buildable design.
You’ll be joining a team working on live projects across multiple stages, with real opportunity to gain hands on experience and develop quickly.
The Role
* Support the design and delivery of UK residential projects across multiple RIBA stages
* Produce drawings and models in Revit to a high standard
* Assist with planning and technical packages
* Coordinate information with consultants and internal teams
* Contribute to design development and detailing
* Support project teams through delivery stages
Requirements
* Part II qualified or newly qualified Architect (Part III)
* Strong experience working on UK based projects (residential preferred)
* Excellent Revit skills
* Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
* Strong design and technical ability
* Collaborative, proactive and keen to learn
* Confident working as part of a team in a fast paced environment
* Extra bonus if you’ve got experience on Scottish projects, modular / offsite delivery, or are familiar with Scottish planning regs; not essential, but definitely a plus
* Availability to start soon would also be a real advantage
