We are hiring a Project Manager to join the Inhealthcare by ResMed team at their Harrogate office. Let’s Talk About Responsibilities The primary role of the Project Manager is to lead projects to ensure scope, time, budget, and quality expectations are met through thorough planning, controlling, and managing. Key deliverables include developing project plans, defining resources, conducting performance reviews, and performing post-implementation evaluations. This role requires taking ownership of successful project implementations and effectively managing resources to ensure we don't go over the project revenues. Project Support and Completion Perform project support from initiation through delivery, leveraging an internal customer perspective. Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activities to bring distinct, specific projects to completion on time and within budget. Stakeholder and Customer Liaison Act as the primary point of contact from contract signature to delivery and acceptance of services, ensuring customers are kept informed of progress at all times. Maintain productive internal and external working relationships. Planning and Documentation Create and maintain project plans, Gantt charts, and other related documentation. Analyse project requirements to construct work packages, identify required resources, and manage dependencies and risks. Ensure the efficient handover of documentation to Operational Support teams, including organizing and managing formal handover meetings as needed. Progress Tracking and Reporting Provide accurate and up-to-date project status reports to senior departmental staff weekly or at other specified intervals. Coordinate and document customer meetings, addressing project risks, issues, and dependencies while adhering to the established escalation hierarchy. Conduct post-delivery review activities, including Lessons Learned reporting. Process and Continuous Improvement Contribute to the creation and enhancement of departmental processes. Identify and address non-routine situations or conflicts using detailed knowledge of procedures. Leverage professional expertise and relationships to drive business results. Qualifications, Skills, And Experience Required Bachelor’s degree. Minimum of 5 years of related experience. IT project management in a NHS setting, such as implementation at a Hospital Trust or ICB level. Ability to identify key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data. Preferred Minimum of 7 years of related experience (for more advanced or specialist roles). Has detailed knowledge of procedures, uses initiative to handle a wide variety of non-routine situations and conflicts. Builds productive internal/external working relationships. OK, so what's next?
