Salary: £50,000 – £80,000

Role Summary:
As an Account Executive, you’ll take a leading role in business development, client relationship management, and delivering tailored insurance solutions for high-end commercial risks. Working alongside a supportive leadership team, this role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to company growth while developing your own professional expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Growth: Drive new business through networking, referrals, and market insights, helping expand a portfolio of high-value clients.
• Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, tailoring insurance solutions for clients with complex or evolving needs.
• Negotiation: Work with insurers to secure competitive terms, ensuring clients receive comprehensive coverage.
• Portfolio Management: Conduct renewals, reviews, and policy adjustments to align with changing risks.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and account handlers to deliver seamless service and share market insights.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Account Executive within commercial insurance.
• Strong technical knowledge of insurance products, markets, and underwriting.
• Track record of generating new business and managing complex portfolios.
• Proficiency with insurance platforms and CRM systems.
• Knowledge of FCA regulations and compliance obligations.
• ACII (or working towards) desirable.
