Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager - UK

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team in Dumbarton Scotland. You will be responsible for developing and implementing multichannel sales and marketing strategies that promote our company's innovative products and services for home, commercial and industrial applications.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement multi-channel sales and marketing plans and strategies that drive growth and increase revenue for our Indoor Air Cleaning and Disinfection products for homes and public gathering commercial sites (schools, hospitals, hotels, train stations, airport, shopping malls, etc.).
* Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and preferences to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales pitches.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, retailers, partners, and vendors in the Indoor Air Cleaning and Disinfection industry.
* Identify opportunities for new business and growth in the Indoor Air Cleaning and Disinfection and other industry and develop and execute plans to capitalize on them.
* Create and manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives specific to the Indoor Air Cleaning and Disinfection.
* Manage and motivate a team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve goals and objectives.
Qualifications and Experiences:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing with a proven track record of success. It will be a plus with prior experience in retailer network, digital marketplaces, and the air cleaning and disinfection products or similar
* Experience in managing sales and marketing teams for consumer products.
* Highly experienced in e-retailer platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) and multimedia marketing (Facebook. Youtube, Google, Tweeter, etc.).
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Ability to think strategically and creatively.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft 360, CRM software and active uses of AI tools.
