Job Title: Independent Financial Advisor (IFA)
Location: Remote (Occasional need to travel to Nottingham for bi-annual meetings)
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000 (+ Bonus & Commission)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Establish contact with clients and gather necessary information to provide suitable advice.
2. Analyse client information accurately to offer appropriate recommendations.
3. Present advice clearly, explaining charges, fees, and disadvantages.
4. Complete documentation thoroughly and adhere to company processes.
5. Maintain client records and develop effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and product providers.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
6. Knowledge of the financial planning market, including products and services.
7. Working knowledge of FCA rules and guidelines.
8. Diploma in Financial Planning.
9. IT literacy, including Microsoft Packages.
10. Strong time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
11. Ability to work under pressure and promote a team spirit.
