The Role
You will be responsible for overseeing production operations, managing teams, and ensuring efficient, high-quality output within a fast-paced motorsport environment.
Experience Required
* Proven experience as a Production Manager or Operations Manager
* Experience managing and overseeing teams within a production environment
* Previous hands-on experience within composites, manufacturing, or a similar industry is preferred
