We are seeking compassionate, dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each individuals clinical and personal needs. In this role, you will provide safe and effective clinical interventions support daily care routines, and promote engagement in meaningful activities that enhance quality of life. Care will be delivered primarily within the clients home environment, with support provided for community access and social inclusion where appropriate. You will assist with day-to-day activities, offering consistent companionship while remaining attentive to comfort, dignity, and emotional wellbeing. The role includes medication administration, manual handling, and the delivery of specialist clinical care, in line with individual care plans, risk assessments, and clinical protocols.
