Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of residential and refurbishment projects across Scotland. This Senior Project Manager role is highly client-facing and requires a strong balance between relationship management, operational control, and on-site quality assurance.
The successful Senior Project Manager will act as the key interface between the business and its clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to exceptional quality standards. Alongside stakeholder management, the Senior Project Manager will regularly attend sites to monitor workmanship, compliance, and overall performance.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Project Leadership & Delivery

\tOversee multiple live projects from pre-start through to final handover.

\tCoordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution.

\tIdentify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.

Quality Assurance & Site Inspections

\tCarry out regular site visits to inspect quality of workmanship and installation standards.

*
\tEnsure works comply with regulatory, safety, and company quality benchmarks.

\tProactively address defects, non-conformances, or performance concerns.
\t
\t

\tDrive a right-first-time culture across all projects.

Health & Safety Compliance

\tMonitor adherence to health & safety legislation and internal procedures.

Commercial & Performance Oversight

Skills & Experience Required

\tProven experience operating at Project Manager or Senior Project Manager level within construction, fit-out, or residential sectors.

\tStrong client-facing background with excellent communication and relationship management skills.
\t
\t

\tExperience overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
\t
\t

\tSolid understanding of quality control and regulatory compliance.
\t

\tStrong organisational and leadership capability.

\tFull UK driving licence
