The RoleAs a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the main point of contact for a designated geographical territory, ensuring every interaction—from enquiry through to delivery and invoicing—is handled with precision and care. This is a customer-facing administrative role that supports both internal teams and external clients, offering a dynamic opportunity to manage relationships and contribute to smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process customer orders efficiently, verifying details and keeping clients informed throughout.
2. Arrange product deliveries via post, courier, sea, or airfreight within budget and deadlines.
3. Prepare documentation for invoicing and pre-shipment inspections, export admin
4. Maintain and update the customer database.
5. Handle customerplaints professionally and propose solutions within guidelines.
6. Perform routine administrative tasks to support the Customer Service team.
You will need ;

8. Previousmercial administration experience, ideally in a manufacturing business.
