HR Advisor - Blandford- up to £36k DOE
Job Purpose:
This is a varied, hands-on role for an all-round HR professional, providing expert support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring effective people management, compliance, and a positive employee experience while supporting managers and staff.
* Managing end-to-end recruitment, including pre-employment checks
* Drafting contracts, offer letters and HR documentation
* Supporting managers across the full employee lifecycle
* Maintaining accurate HR records and monitoring sickness absence
* Managing DBS checks, annual leave, and training compliance
* Preparing data for audits and statutory reporting
* Overseeing the HR inbox and coordinating training bookings
* Acting as payroll liaison and updating monthly payroll changes
* Supporting pension administration and annual pay reviews
* Providing admin support to senior leaders, including H&S documentation
* Managing HR budget areas such as recruitment advertising
* Supporting wellbeing, HR compliance and providing general HR guidance
* Completing any other reasonable duties as required
