Bracknell (Remote)
Must Have Direct procurement experience in combination with SAP deployment experience
Currently deploying new instance of SAP (wave 1 went live in May)
Support Analyst to continue supporting other rollouts (over next 15 months).
Working with Global STP deployment lead who is based in US
Experience supporting SAP S4 HANA deployments
Good knowledge of procurement – direct & master data – understanding of procurement processes important
Experience supporting data migration activities
Happy for worker to be remote
Working with the Global STP Deployment Lead, support the end-to-end deployment of the SAP S4 Hana procurement system, including planning, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation within the defined scope and budget.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and procurement.
Develop and deliver training programs for end-users, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to ensure smooth adoption of the new system.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of the procurement function.
Support data migration activities.
Proven experience in deploying SAP procurement systems, with a strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
Proficiency in SAP modules related to procurement (e.g., SAP ECC or S4 Hana, SAP Ariba) and familiarity with integration tools and techniques.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience with ERPs like MS Dynamics, BPCS, PeopleSoft, Oracle
