About the role
The role involves project delivery from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the LV Switchgear industry and delivering projects.

Main Responsibilities
* Assume overall responsibility for project and tender financial performance, deadline compliance, and technical execution.
* Manage all activities related to assigned projects.
* Determine projected cost estimates at the end of business deals and report to the BU General Manager, proposing solutions for discrepancies.
* Organize bid and contract reviews and monitor contract changes.
* Verify and validate sales orders before acknowledgment.
* Ensure proper quarterly account closing and accurate forecast estimates for projects.
* Manage procurement and purchases for projects.
* Oversee all design aspects of projects.
* Act as the customer interface for project-related matters.
* Develop and maintain key customer relationships through regular reviews and understanding of needs and gaps.
* Seek opportunities for business growth within and outside existing contracts.
The Person
* Good understanding of LV Switchgear design and manufacture is required.
* Degree or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical discipline is preferred.
* Experience in the LV Switchgear environment is highly advantageous.
* Ability to attend site visits, discuss projects with clients, and provide quotations.
* Understanding of commercial issues affecting project performance and experience in assessing value and evaluating variations.
* Calm, professional manner with the ability to make firm and timely decisions.
* Positive attitude, proactive in problem-solving.
* Willingness to work extended and/or unsocial hours as required.
* Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills; capable of managing multiple projects without compromising quality.
* Ability to deliver projects within demanding deadlines.
