Overview
The Royal College of Physicians is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented membership professional to join our team as Senior Membership Administrator, based in our Liverpool office. This role supports our community of 40,000 members, providing excellent customer service to support growth and retention as well as managing key membership processes. You will work in a busy, friendly team committed to high standards and will support the membership administration manager in developing team performance and process improvement.
Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality membership administration and customer service to support member growth, retention and engagement.
* Manage key membership processes throughout the member lifecycle, from recruitment through to renewal and retention.
* Collaborate with the membership administration manager to develop team performance and implement process improvements.
* Coordinate with staff, volunteers and stakeholders across Liverpool and the London office to ensure effective membership operations.
* Utilise CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) to support membership activities and reporting.
About you
* At least two years of experience in a membership administration or similar role.
* Experience managing complex membership processes and understanding the membership lifecycle from recruitment to renewal and retention.
* Friendly, approachable with excellent administrative and customer service skills.
* Experience using customer relationship management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics.
* Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate with a diverse range of staff, volunteers and stakeholders across locations.
* Proactive, well-organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a busy environment.
