Theatre Team Lead Orthopaedics (Practice Educator)
37.5 hours per week | Woodland Hospital, Kettering

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Practitioner with a strong passion for mentorship, education, and team development. As a Theatre Team Lead with a Practice Educator focus, you will be instrumental in supporting, guiding, and developing our theatre scrub team to achieve excellence in patient care.
Previous experience in a Practice Educator or mentorship role would be highly advantageous. We are looking for someone with the confidence, drive, and vision to positively influence practice, support change, and help others reach their full potential.

Woodland Hospital is one of Northamptonshires leading private hospitals, located in Kettering. The hospital has 28 single rooms, all with en suite facilities, a 10-bed short stay unit, and an inpatient ward supporting a wide range of surgical activity. Woodland Hospital is equipped with four laminar flow theatres, providing an ultra-clean environment that is particularly suited to complex orthopaedic procedures. Services include arthroscopy, hip and knee replacements, hip resurfacing, and spinal surgery, supported by a surgical extended care unit.
